Bruce,

There's a paper on Loren Cordain's site that compares
macronutrients and micronutrients in paleo vs. SAD.

I would be interested in seeing any information that you
can get on this. One potential problem is that some of
these may be quite difficult to compute. For example,
China and India are such huge countries that the diets
vary tremendously from region to region, so I don't know
how meaningful it would be to come up with a single
traditional diet. For example, some castes in India are
vegetarian, whereas Muslims there eat meat but no pork,
etc. But please post whatever you come up with.
