I was wondering whether anyone here has experimented using Paleo fats
topically? Coconut oil or some good EFA blend-- if you have and notice
anything pronounced, I'd be interested to hear about it. Ditto with
use of magnesium salts in bath (or other salts, Dead Sea blends, etc.)
that could somehow be considered Paleo. It's just a bit tangential,
though I have started thinking how un-Paleo showering in filted,
chlorinated, fluoridated water actually is, and how much emphasis
health enthusiasts in certain other countries emphasize natural springs
for health, etc., baths in Germany or whatever.
