It is not less paleo than beef.
I guess You can cook it just as You would do with lamb. I never did it
myself, but has eaten twice. The first was at a party when the goat
was barbequed whole. Worked well. Second time was in a norwegian restaurant
and I dont know hiow it was cooked. Taste is very neutral anyway.
