Todd, I'm with you. I "cheat" fairly often, like every day. But I eat
tons better than I would otherwise. I will eat a white potato or some
fries occasionally. Or have some dessert. But so what? I basically eat
protein and fat during the day and have my carbs with dinner. So I am
sensitive to insulin and I avoid foods that cause me trouble and am
basically paleo. It works for me.
