Just a quick side note...
Agriculture and the consumption of highly refined carbs also has "caught on"
but it doesn't make it healthy or right.

That being said, I'm not sure where I stand on the whole "raw" issue, I just
don't think that "everyone else is doing it" is a good arguement.
