I have found some green teas to be as "wiring" as any black tea.
There are decaffeinated green teas available, which would still give you
the health benefits.
Another really nice tea is twig tea.  It has a mild roasted flavor,
and is very low in caffeine.

I finally kicked decaf again; now trying to ease off caffeinated
teas.  Warm drinks are so nice in the winter....
