There is nothing psychological that is not at the same time "physical".
Everything that goes on in the brain/nerves is physiologic reactions.
And coffein goes into the brain.

Yes, because You dont have to go to work. Other may have it the other
way around, saturday headache is qiute usual. It is where the demands
that You feel are the worst in some way.
