pear seeds have been found dating back 10,000 years, in caves used by
ancient lake dwellers of Switzerland.

According to anthropologists, the types and kinds of vegetables and fruits
consumed by HGs varied with their locale.  In some regions, fruits were
incredibly prolific, throughout most of the year.  Your assumptions do not
fit with what has been found by anthropologists who have studied and lived
with various primitive, non-agricultural groups in different parts of the
world.  You seem to be making assumptions based on a limited group of
people.  Have you read about the Kitava study, posted on the paleo digest?
These people eat a significant amount of carbohydrate-rich plants.
