Note the book: "Alkalize or Die" by Baroody, and the fact that raw meat 
is much less acidifying than cooked.
Mineral supplements (Mg gycinate/Albion process, balanced with K 
gluconate) have been found to necessary by those who suffer from the 
inflammation associated with chronic heart arrhythmia.
