I think so too, it makes sense to assume so.
If gut wall cells can be agglutinated anyway - they are not free
floating as
blood cells are. But they could make some kind of damage, let say if
some
prerequisite damage occured before.
At last, even of blood type 0, some are sensible and have gluten
antibodies
and some have not (some 15% of the whole population is thought to be
sensible to wheat).

I am type 0 and am not sensible to wheat.
I am sensible to hazel, soy and one meat(I forgot).
There must be a second factor.
Or one lectin has compromised the gut wall, when eaten together with
this
meat (hazel,soy), and the meat then could enter into the blood and
cause the
antigen.

Then the er4yg (:-)) lists would be of value for neanderthin dieters
too.
Neanderthin teaches to avoids most toxins and many major lectins.
(Besides many allergens, but maybe thats often the same).
