Hi, Todd.  I assume you are using crumbs from sprouted Ezekiel bread....  :)

You might try:  almond or pecan meal; ground walnuts; a homemade mixture of
ground nuts, seeds, spices.  My new Vit. C spice of choice is powdered
sumac.  Of course, living in S. New Mexico we use a lot of cumin.

What about dried and ground organic orange rind (along w/ the healthful
white layer under the rind) ?  That might be really good when added to nut
meal or ground nuts.
