When I was younger I used to backpack a lot. One of my
staples was these 'biscuit like' crackers (can't
remember the name now) and peanut butter. I used to
spread peanut butter on just about anything.

Now, I'd replace the crackers with something
else(dried fruit perhaps?), but I'd still take some
kind of nut butter. It's relatively light in terms of
calories, and you don't have to reconstitute or cook
it. (Backwoods cooking is a pain in the ass most of
the time. As I got more experienced I found lots of
ways to avoid it).

I'm jealous too :)
