Greetings Paleo Listers,
Though I am new to the list, I have been paleo for several months. In
January, my sister gave me a wonderful birthday gift - a book titled
Neanderthin. My transition to the paleo woe was gradual but steady at first
- ice cream was the only food I struggled with. And over time, I have become
increasingly strict - eliminating more of the forbidden foods from my diet.
I am now to the point that I can eat fish raw, and beef almost raw - chicken
is gonna take some work. I am happy to report that the improvement in my
energy level and well-being has far exceeded my expectation.
Todd, I would like to know the specifics of your lipid profile, as I am
now watching my own and would be interested to know what shifts, if any I can
expect. Sincere thanks, Pashinka
