Jay Kordich, The "Juiceman", comes to mind. He says that when people ask,
he calls himself a fruitarian.

He looks a picture of good health and vitality, but he does eat more than
just fruit.

He is quick to point out that a pound of carrots which makes an 8 oz glass
of juice provides 3 grams of protein and that combining beans and rice is a
classic example of a complete protein vegetarian meal.

Interesting the 4 groups:
1) meat, poultry and fish
2) diary products and eggs
3) fruites and vegetables
4) grains, legumes, seeds and nuts.

Now it would appear diets are nothing more than restricting one or more of
the above AND/OR re-arranging them in different fashions with different
"dosages".

About the only thing that he and NeanderThin would agree on is
SAD  = a balanced diet = sad
