Step one would be, IMHO, don't have this stuff in the
house.  Most 14 year olds don't buy their own groceries, so
if you don't buy this, she will have a more limited access.
Of course, this means your whole family will have to eat
more healthy or go hungry.....  BTW, some cheese, ice cream
and chocolate products have gluten so she might not be as
gluten free as you think.  You might want to check that out
further unless you are SURE.  See:

especially the forbidden foods list and the additional
things article.  And note that chocolate candy that does not
list flour as an ingredient may still have it used as a
separator to keep the candy pieces apart during manufacture
and this does NOT need to be reported by law (it is
technically not an ingredient).  All chocolate candy should
be cleared by asking the manufacturer if wheat or wheat
products are used during processing.
