I haven't been following this whole thread but I had to reply.
I've been eating only meat since February and am suffering no 
malnutrition.  I eat until I cannot eat anymore.  I eat the fattiest 
cuts I can find.  Beef, chicken, lamb, pork.  I know people who have 
been eating nothing but meat - cooked - for years and are in the best 
health of their lives.  Cooked to medium or less and meat is the best 
thing for your body, it contains every vitamin and mineral your body 
needs. It doesn't have to be raw, just medium or less.
