I can't imagine that no paleo people ate salt. Even animals find salt
and mineral 'licks' and visit those places regularly. Paleo people must
have observed that. There are also areas of the world where people would
require more salt/minerals. I am perplexed by the idea that salt is an
inappropriate topic. ?????
