Great to hear it, Susan!

Yes, I plan on avoiding the M.D.'s as much as possible.
Even after a couple paleo years under my tightened belt
though, this stricture healing up and narrowing the passage
in there seems like it wants to be a problem.  Lots of paleo
roughage or starchy roots makes it scream.  I do feel much
better IBD-wise in general, but unfortunately the fatigue
got worse instead of better this past year.  But my nice
holistic M.D. has done wonders for that of late.
