Actually, I arrived at a belief in a Paleo diet simply by
self-evidence.  When I'm on a Paleo diet
I feel better, loose weight, more energetic,
and more mentally awake.

All of the evolution and anthropology studies are talking about
other people, not me individually.

The human race may collectively have a gene pool,
but I have MY genes, and only one life to
live right, once.

So Occam's razor is irrelevant to me on this case.

What was that saying...
"You can only prove by logic what you
 already know to be true."

Scientists are not nearly as unbiased as
they think they are.
