I don't have a chocolate problem; never did, but when I started Paleo I
bought some unsweetened baker's chocolate. I would shave a tiny chuck
off and suck it til it melted. It's not sweet by any means, but it
infused me with chocolate flavor and was very satisfying as a "dessert"
I know it's not Paleo but it can help get you there.
