Nicole,

I started training HIT style after reading Elington Darden's book, "Body
Redefining."  It is especially oriented towards women.  It promotes safety
with a superslow protocol..

Some people argue against single-set to failure training, and but I continue
to make progress after 1-1/2 yrs training this way.

You won't need a trainer.
