Well, dang it, the title is escaping me as is its author, but there are many
listers who can fill you in on the out-of-print book by the man whose
journal article spawned this movement.  The dietary recommendations aren't
even close to what we do or what early humans ate, but I was FASCINATED by
the book's information on family life.  If you can get your hands on it, I'm
sure you'll enjoy it.
