Iceberg salad is astonishingly high in vitamin A. Analyzing 250 g salad
gives at least (of a young mans recommendation): bla, bla, bla...

Ever measured out 250 grams of iceberg lettuce? Btw: 9 ounces of the stuff
isn't a small salad. One would get far more minerals and vitamins some
other good stuff too, eating Mesclun greens (aka Spring Salad Mix/California
mix), red, green, or oak leaf lettuce, radicchio, endive, escarole, mizun
mustard greens, baby bok shoy, tot soy, or other salad greens.
