Very untrue.  In Judaism the woman has very specific legal rights. Judaism
has a very specific code of laws.  Women are not chattel.  For example, they
cannot be beaten as allowed in Islam.


Also making broad generalizations about specific religions and women does not
work.  The Christians of Africa are very different from the Christians of
France.
In Christian America, women got the right to vote less than 100 years ago.

What can be said is power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Christianity has been in power for 2000 years. And countless people have been
killed in the name of Christ.  All fundamentalistic religious groups have a
tendency towards brutality when they are in power.  Look at the Taliban in
Afghanistan, and the Hindu rioters in India.


The basic Modus Operendi of religion is this.  Claim you are basicly sinful
and you are going to hell.  Than you give a solution, believe in _______ and
do_______. Now you are guarenteed ___________.
The Gods of Religions must be real assholes if they would make you pick the
ONE TRUE RELIGION of all the religions out there.  They give no experiential
proof, just belief. So if you pick wrong.......... DAMNATION.

Most of the Priests, Rabbi, Mullahs, Muftis, ministers, etc., are part of a
parasite/political class. They give fairy tales and beliefs, no experiences.
