Me too.

I've found that if I really 'pig out' late at night
I'm always hungry upon awaking. If I resist the
impulse to eat, or if I lightly snack, I usually wake
up without much hunger.

I don't readily accept that breakfast is all that
important. I seem to do better just snacking in the
morning rather than doing the big breakfast thing.

Good question. Depends on the animal.

I think there's always been 'night people' and
'morning people'. Someone probably had to guard the
tribe at night, right?

I've always been a night owl - as well as a very light
sleeper. I've been told I take after my grandfather
who was always prowling around the house in the wee
hours of the morning :)

Good pun :)
