  When I first started wild pig(feral), Mom contacted one of the
universities where she lives and Talked to someone who knows about meat
parasites and Tric. He told her to freeze the meat for 20 days in a deep
freezer at 10 deg. F. Your every day freg., in the kitchen, won't get that
cold.
