Trader Joe's has almond flour now, a new product. I should think that
baked cracker of almond flour would work fine in the patties, and for
breading fried things generally. I'm not sure I would bother eating it,
though; it seems like a stretch from Paleo, and I'd worry about
rancidity, too.
