Just want a few opinions on whether high dose multi's are health beneficial
or not.  Everyday I take 2 scoops of the Life Extension Mix
(http://www.lef.org).  Is this healthy, or is it overkill?  Linus Pauling
was in favor of high-dose vit C - was he wrong?
