I have taken up yoga since starting to eat paleo and it's helped a lot.
I recommend an Ashtanga class as it builds the body up very quickly.
I also do kung fu which is excellent for relaxation, if you can find a
good teacher. Tai chi chuan (often abbreviated to tai chi by people
who don't want any martial application out of it) is the most common
form of kung fu taught for health benefits, but unfortunately there are
few good teachers and most think it's some sort of dance routine.

I'm glad I started paleo as it's given me the energy to take on my
training. I'm on a training holiday as we speak and it's been
scorching hot today. I had my top off and someone commented I'm "not
normal because I haven't god a beer belly". I said it was because I
don't drink beer and my instructor added it's because I don't eat a lot
of fat. That made me smile but I've given up explaining!

Incidentally, my day training has left me like looking like a lobster
dipped in beetroot juice. But am I right in saying that my risk of
skin cancer is drastically reduced on a paleo diet? I'm thinking in
particular of Cordain's comments about carbohydrates upsetting the
hormones that destroy pre-cancerous cells. I have often thought that
skin cancer can't be a "normal" disease, because once upon a time,
people didn't have clothes, never mind sun screen lotion. If we were
really so succeptible to skin cancer I'm sure we would have died out by
now.
