Drs. Eades make the case in their Paleodiet book "Protein Power Lifeplan"
that in modern times, we are likely to have too much iron, so the extra
quantity that derives from cooking in cast iron might be detrimental.

However, if you are only speaking for yourself alone, then they do point
out that this is less of a concern for women, who lose iron once a month...
