It isn't so hard to stick too, even eating out. Just avoid the
bread/grain products as a first rule.

It helps a lot with allergies/hayfever.

As for cholesterol, it seems people vary a lot. Mine went up. It was
low before I started, very high on Atkins, and now is still higher than
it was before. 230 now. Other people have it fall.
