Can someone please tell me what tubers or roots, bulbs, etc. are paleo and
what ones are not?  Are the purple-skinned yellow inside sweet ones paleo?
How about the little satuma imo, lotus root, bamboo shoots, etc. etc. all
the stuff I eat here...I need to know.
