Today, I went to the grocery store wanting to buy some more N.Z. lamb, I
couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a whole stack of goat meat.

I wanted to buy some but had no idea if it is paleo or not.  The other
reason that stopped me from buying it is:  I have no idea on how to cook it.
Could anyone please tell me how to cook  a goat steak or make goat stew?
