<PRE>It's interesting that some of cannot stand even the smell of liver, let alone
the taste.  I would like very much to be able to eat it for the nutritional
benefits and because it appears to have been a paleo staple (along with other
organ meats), but just the smell makes me physically gag.  Some people have
this kind of reaction to the smell and taste of boiled eggs.  I'm wondering
if there's some physiologic reason for this?
