Heheheh, well, with that reaction I think I believe that it doesn't do a
thing for you!

I think most everyone here is talking about beef liver, although I've never
had it.  What I do like though is chicken livers from Whole Foods.  The way
we prepare them is to rinse the livers, salt and pepper them real good,
dredge them in salt and peppered flour, then fry in bacon grease and/or palm
oil.  It may not exactly be paleo, but it's the only way to get livers
inside me and boy are they good that way!  yum yum
