Aren't there some health problems where you HAVE to stay away from red
meat? Or is that fatty red meat?

Perhaps her dislike comes from her medical situation... how about dark
meats, like ostrich, or wild game-type meats like deer, buffalo, etc?
Perhaps those could replace beef... after all, our paleo ancestors
hardly had access to raised cattle... like beef ;-)
