The large Omega 3 eggs I eat have .38 g Omega 3 and .69 g Omega 6 with 50%
RDA of Vitamin E, 25% Vitamin B12 and 185 mg of cholesterol. These are eggs
from Ontario (I live in Ottawa).

They are *absolutely* delicious soft-boiled and I have not actually fried
them yet but will do once I can find nitrate(or is that nitrite?)-free
bacon. They are a recent (2-3 months ago) daily breakfast item. Yummm!
