JoAnn,

Go to this site and print it off for your friend. Steal her fries and tell
her she can't have them back until she finishes reading it.

http://www.solgar.com/nutrition_library/articles/enig1_interview.html

(For those of you who are not familiar with this URL or don't have web
access, this is a series of interviews with Dr. Mary Enig on vegetable
oils, trans-fats, and what we're really eating... It's fascinating, and
downright frightening if you eat processed foods.)

Good luck,
John Pavao

----------
but even if you tell them about it, they don't want to hear it. i have a
friend who is dangerously overweight, and cannot stay on any diet. i
really
try to convince her to try NeanderThin, but she says, oh, i can't eat that
much fat, my gall-bladder would kill me (this said as she's eating a
super-size order of McD's fries). i said, but that food's high fat, and
you're eating it. she goes, but it's VEGETABLE fat, not animal fat, so
it's
not bad.
i bang my head against the wall a few times, then give up.

JoAnn.
