Since an undiagnosed celiac tends to be undernourished (due to the
intestinal damage), and if the calorie restriction people are right, you
would expect a longer life. And undiagnosed celiacs tend to have low
cholesterol. If they avoid the celiac related cancers there is no reason
not to expect a long life. Just some of the medical complications, like
osteoporosis, can be unpleasant to live with.
