No grass fed cows have definitly a more yellow fat than grain fed .

that is possible that different pasture will produce more or less yellow.
Eggs yolk color vary with the food eaten. some are pale others almost
orange.

i have allways seen yellow chicken fats , the organic ones that i bought
have it very yellow (very good tasting)

The color taste and density of fats is very much variable depends which part
of the body.
The suet  ( from Game or domestic herbivorous)is very dense and dry, it  is
even breaking in pieces.
That is my least prefered fat i like the more yellow elastic oily kind of
fat, between mucles or close to joints.
