Hmm, what's up with the 'larger babies for diabetics' thing? Is it simply
that more sugar in the blood equals more growth, or what? (I'd be interested
in hearing why larger babies isn't necessarily better. I'm sold on it being
easier labor, but I mean from the baby's point of view.)
