I cannot remember his name offhand but there was a Welsh bodybuilder who
ate mostly eggs and meat and he finished in the top five in many
professional bodybuilding events. He was definitely ahead of the curve.

I haven't looked in a long time, but one thing, besides the rice and
oatmeal, was the low amout of meat calories.

He remains low carb since he is more of a model and has to look
that way pretty much all the time.
