So if one wanted to follow a Faigin like approach to lose excess body
fat,  once the fat loss was completed and goals reached -- would one then
have to permanently increase carb-up meals to prevent further weight
loss??  Or does one's body fat/weight eventually normalize and therefore
the 2 carb-ups per week are sufficient to maintain the goal bodyfat &
weight without further losses?
