Oliva,  I bought a pint jar of Spectrum Naturals Organic Coconut Oil.  It
says on the label it's 100% expeller pressed without hexane or other harmful
chemicals, is unrefined for full-flavor use, contains no trans-fats and no
preservatives added.  Also says it's stable and suitable for high-heat
cooking and can be used as a substitute for shortening in baking.  It has a
nutrition facts label.  Elsewhere it's stated that it may also be used for
skin and hair care.
