it varies.
b1,2,3...tends to be grains
b5,6...meat, fish shellfish
folate, biotin, b12...liver
folate..spinach

live yeasts in home-brew beer/cider generate b vitamins as well as being
great sources themselves when they die.  also the half-green meat as the
other posters said.
