Hi Elizabeth (that's my wife's name too),

She really wants to do something.  Since this is what I'm doing,
she's trying it too.  She's motivated to change her health but hasn't
read the book yet (though she says she's going to) and, so, isn't as
enthusiastic as I am.

The whole red meat thing is a dream come true for me but a
discouragement for her.  I'm hoping she'll be motivated enough to learn
to like it more but, if not, I want to know if there are other foods
she can focus on that will make up for the lack.
