I'm trying to locate journal articles which document the macronutrient
ratios of the following modern diets:

    * Standard American Diet / Standard Western Diet
    * traditional Japanese diet
    * traditional Korean, Thai, Chinese, or other Eastern diets
    * Mediterranean diet
    * Indian diet

Can anyone recommend sources for this information?
