Its a mistake to think that Vit C only occurs in fruit - I believe that the
highest concentrations are in leafy green vegatables. I also read somewhere
that some commercial oranges contain no Vit C at all. The real key is to eat
organic, or better yet wild, to get the maximum nutrient density.
