Hehehe, Stevie, I didn't mean to make you nauseous, but YEAH that stuff DOES make me nauseous for sure!!  I agree that the crispy kind is pretty yummy, BUT the problem there is that I like my steaks, porkchops, etc., medium-rare so there's not enough time on the grill to get that good crisp on the fat, boo hoo, lol.  I'm afraid my doggies get that end of the Paleo deal on those meals, hehe.  Dogs have this strange habit of eating all things gross, lol.  And since my dogs are TOTALLY Paleo, ie raw food diet, they think those slightly toasted jiggly things are just heaven's delight!!!  I still say Yick, lol.  I even cut out those gross little fattie parts on roast beef and ham before making a sandwich...those squeak, too, lol.

Love,
Bren

Bren :-D

Yes, if I could melt down the fat trimmings and DRINK them or crisp them in the oven, that would be ideal.

Stevie~slightly nauseous over your description of "squeaky" fat. LOL!
