My reply:
True. It has a better fatty acid profile and contains more vitamins,
minerals, and antioxidants than grain fed animals.

My reply:
This is false. Organ meats contain a different concentration of nutrients
but are not "better" than muscle meats. Muscle meat contains many
important nutrients. Eating only organ meats you would likely ingest far
too much vitamin A and D than would be desirable or healthful. Variety is
the spice of life---with meats as well as produce.

My reply:
That's great that you can get that. However, there is nothing wrong with
supplementing that with other kinds of meats and organs when you can get
them.

My reply:
No! There is not one ideal meat for a paleo diet. There are many animals
that can be captured or purchased all over the world. There are beneficial
nutrients in grassfed beef, lamb, yak, bison, waterbuffalo, various types of
fish, poultry, and other large and small animals. Also, eating only organ
meats, you are likely to overdose on the fat soluble vitamins A & D.

In most states and regions, one can find a variety of meats to eat (grassfed
or at least hormone and antibiotic-free). There is no need to limit
yourself to only one meat in your diet. Similarly, these's no need to limit
yourself to only one kind of vegetable or fruit. Only in marginal areas are
people restricted in food choices, and even there, I've read that what would
seem marginal to us would provide an enormous variety for a primitive person
who knows how to make the most of his/her environment.

Studies of modern day HGs over the past couple of centuries have revealed
that they typically consume at least 100 different foods, often more. I eat
at least 30 different types of plants per week and at least four at usually
six different animal source foods.
